Hi DP, For **viewing the Denodo Platform current version** you could use the following command in the command line: ``` cat <DENODO_HOME>/install.xml ``` For Denodo 6.0 you will see something like this <version displayName="6.0" major="6" minor="0"/> For **viewing the latest update installed** you could use: ``` ls -lt <DENODO_HOME>/patches** ``` In the output list you will find the latest update that you have installed in the Denodo Platform as: <update-name>.xml For example: Denodo-update-201702201900.xml Where 201702201900 represents the date this version got released (using the format YYYYmmDD). Hope this helps.

Hi DP, In order to view all the ports utilized by the Virtual DataPort, with terminal type the following command: ``` cat <DENODO_HOME>/conf/vdp/VDBConfiguration.properties ``` In the output find the following: #Server Configuration com.denodo.vdb.vdbinterface.server.VDBManagerImpl.registryURL=localhost com.denodo.vdb.vdbinterface.server.VDBManagerImpl.registryPort=9999 com.denodo.vdb.vdbinterface.server.VDBManagerImpl.shutdownPort=9998 com.denodo.vdb.vdbinterface.server.VDBManagerImpl.factoryPort=9997 com.denodo.vdb.vdbinterface.server.VDBManagerImpl.odbcPort=9996 To find the ports used by the web container type the following command in the terminal: ``` cat <DENODO_HOME>/resources/apache-tomcat/conf/tomcat.properties ``` The output contains the following information about the ports used by the web container: com.denodo.tomcat.http.port=9090 com.denodo.tomcat.shutdown.port=9099 com.denodo.tomcat.jmx.port=9098 com.denodo.tomcat.jmx.rmi.port=9097 To know more about this read the Denodo Platform Installation Guide under the section “DEFAULT PORTS USED BY THE DENODO PLATFORM MODULES”. Hope this helps.
