Denodo Scheduler services

Hi, I am unable to start scheduler services from services.msc, but in control center scheduler server seem to be running. When i checked scheduler log i saw "Scheduler Server: server could not be started: Another instance of Derby may have already booted the database" may i know how can i resolve it

Hi I have a link to a knowledge base article which explains how to add a section in the script to check if Denodo scheduler service is running in windows services instead of constantly trying to start it manually.
