Hello:
I just installed denodo 5.5 express version successfully on my Windows 7, sp1, 32-bit. I do not have administrative right on my laptop, but my System-Support team helped install it fine using administrative account. My issue(s) are: (a) My Virtual DataPort Server fails to start and sits comfortable at "Status: STOPPED" (b) My Virtual DataPort Administrative Tool login fails with admin/admin for Server URL //localhost:9999/admin with message "connection error: Connection refused: connect"
I had my System-Support-team member login and start "Denodo Platform 5.5" from Start menu, using his administrative login, but it also fails for both (a) and (b) above
I checked the logs (a) denodo-launcher.log (b) vdp-admin.log (c) 4 logs under vdp and all are empty 0KB
Can someone please provide direction for above?
