Denodo Express Install Problem

During the [Configure] step (20 / 20) of installing Denodo Express, I recieve the following error message: Cannot run program "D:\Program Files\Denodo Platform\bin\vdpservice.bat": CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find the file specified. When pressing OK, the install process produces about 10 more similar messages all around running a ".bat" file. This is on Windows Server 2012 R2 w/Java 1.8 ...perhaps one or both of these are unsupported?

Hi, what installer did you download? are you executing the installer as Administrator? Denodo Windows-installers include the JRE, so I don't think it is a problem with the Java version... If you finally it is a permissions problem, you can try installing Denodo outside "Program Files" directory, for example in "C:/Denodo". Besides the installer, I can also recommend to look into the Denodo Platform Installation Guide as it contains useful information about the installation process of Denodo Platform. Hope this helps!
