Hello, I would recommend you to try to use the encrypt password script from the ***$DENODOHOME/bin*** folder, instead of the one from the *$MONITORHOME/bin* folder. Another suggestion would be trying different values or even avoid special characters, as it can be related to that. Hope this helps!

Hi Team, I'm already using script from $DENODOHOME/bin folder. Also providing the default password admin to the encrypt script in $DENODOHOME/bin.

Hello! When I used the encrypt\_password.bat from the <DENODO_HOME>/bin I was able to reproduce the same error. I was able to fix that issue by using the script from the <MONITOR>/bin folder. Hope this helps!
