Hi! I’d check the log file in *<DENODOHOME>/logs/vdp/vdp.log* as it can give you some information about the error that may be causing the Denodo server to go down. For performing a health check of the Denodo services I’d use the* ping script* provided with the Denodo Platform installation under the directory *<DENODOHOME>/bin*. As an example, you can execute: ``` ping //localhost:9999 ``` and you will get 0 if the status check is successful, 1 otherwise.
