Multiple VDP instances

Hi, We are using bastion host to connection AWS Denodo using tunnels. After we create the tunnels we are using URI ://localhost:9999/admin to connect to our dev and prod instanaces. The problem is that we have setup are tunnels to use 9999 as source and destaination data source so we cannot launch two instances (dev and prod) at the same time Here is what we need: how can we change the default denodo ports(9090, 9999, ect) to something like 8090, 8999. I have changed the VDP admin config and the confugre Denodo client platform client to use these new ports but still it's not working.

Hi, If you want to have multiple instances of Virtual DataPort, you have to install new instances of Virtual DataPort by performing a Custom installation of Denodo Platform and modify the ports for each Virtual DataPort during installation, so that there are no port conflicts. Changing the configured Ports of Virtual DataPort after completing the installation will not have any impact as the ports are allocated to particular Virtual DataPort during installation. Make sure the ports that you specify during custom installation is not occupied by any other application. For more information on ports used by Denodo Platform, refer this [link](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/6.0/platform/installation/appendix/default_ports_used_by_the_denodo_platform_modules/default_ports_used_by_the_denodo_platform_modules#default-ports-used-by-the-denodo-platform-modules) and to know about custom installation refer [Commons Settings](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/6.0/platform/installation/using_the_graphical_installation_wizard/commons_settings/commons_settings#commons-settings) section of Denodo Platform Installation Guide. Hope this helps !!
