Support portal access for downloads

Hello, I spoke with one of the engineers today and he indicated that he believed there was a way to add other individuals on a partner's team to have access to support. We have two designees with access to the support portal. In my case, I need to be able to download stuff from the support portal as a developer but do not need to be able to create tickets etc... I do not have access to the support portal and therefore cannot download needed files etc ... Thank you, Lorrin

Hi Lorrin, If you work with a partner I think it will be better for you to contact your Business Development Manager to ask about that. If you are not sure about who this is the two designees with access to support in your company should be able to tell. Hope this helps!
