Hi, I was able to perform commit at the database level by executing the command in the Virtual DataPort Administration Tool like > DVCSCOMMIT DBELEMENTS '/databases/<database_name>' You can find the details such as Checked-in elements, Checked-in files and Deleted files involved in the commit operation as the output of this command. Once committed, click on the "File > Refresh" option to see the changes in the Server Explorer. You can take a look at the [**Statements to Work with GIT**](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/latest/vdp/vql/version_control_systems_integration_commands/statements_to_work_with_git/statements_to_work_with_git) section of Virtual DataPort VQL Guide for more information. Hope this helps!
