Hi, From your scenario, it is understood that you want to perform flattening in a single view which has 3 registers and each register having 3 array fields. Please note that it is only possible to create and flatten one or more fields of a register in a Selection view. Also from this latest [Denodo 8.0 20220815 update](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/8.0/en/platform/new_features/what_is_new_u20220815), you can now flatten more than one array in the same flattened view. For your scenario, to flatten a view with registers you could follow the below steps in your Virtual DataPort Administration tool or in your Web Design Studio. * Create a [Selection view](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/8.0/en/vdp/administration/creating_derived_views/creating_selection_views/creating_selection_views) over the view which has registers to be flattened. * Navigate to the Output tab and select the register fields. * Then you could select the “**Project Subfields**” option and save the view. This will project the fields of the register as individual columns while executing this view. > If you need to “flatten” the fields of a register and not an array, do not create a Flatten view. Instead, create a Selection view and in the “Output” tab of the view, right-click on the register and click Project subfields. Further information about creating Flatten views is available in the [Creating Flatten Views](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/latest/en/vdp/administration/creating_derived_views/creating_flatten_views/creating_flatten_views) section of the Virtual DataPort Administration Guide. Hope this helps!
