We have installed two solution managers and configured Postgresql as an external metadata database. These two SM machines are load balanced using an external TCP load balancer. Firewall ports 10091, 19090, and 19443 are opened in the load balancer so it can communicate with SM machines. VDP standalone is now installed, and this server is registered on the SM machines, but the issue is that even after the VDP server is registered in SM, we are still getting "Remote licence not found." "The server is not registered in Solution Manager." Please let me know how the VDP can be registered with SM when the load balancer is in place and if there are any other ports that need to be opened in the firewall for this to communicate.

Hi, Yes, you are able to register Virtual DataPort as a server in the Solution manager. The error you are coming across might be from a misconfiguration of the server in the Solution Manager. The server host name or port in the Solution Manager may not match the Virtual DataPort server host or port. You can access the Denodo Platform Control Center to find host and the port of the module you are connecting to, Alternatively, the configuration file at ***<DENODO_HOME>/conf/vdp/VDPConfiguration.properties*** will also produce the host and port.
