Services getting killed

Hi, Many of Denodo services getting stopped after starting.Checked the log got info as "win service stop - timeout 30000" So even changed the config file as per https://community.denodo.com/kb/view/document/VDP%20as%20Windows%20service%20with%20large%20memory%20heap%20configurations?category=Operation and restarted services, but still same issue for Scheduler web admin tool, Diagnostic monitor tool and information self service tool. Please help

Hi, if you have errors launching a server, for example the VDP Server, you can try launching it from command Prompt (<DENODO_HOME>/bin/vqlserver_startup.bat/.sh). If the server is not started, you will get an error executing the script, so you can check what was the problem in that case. Scheduler web admin tool, Diagnostic monitor tool and information self service tool are web admin tools deployed in embedded internal Tomcat web container provided with the Denodo Platform. This web container is started when launching any of the web admin tools and also when the VDP Server is started. If your VDP Server is running, you can check the status of the webcontainer by running in VQL Shell (Adminitration > VQL Shell): *webcontainer status; * Hope this helps!
