Hi, The Denodo default admin credentials will always be admin/admin for the first time. Review if you are entering the user and password in lower case, as users and passwords are case-sensitive. I´d also check the vdp.log which is located in: DENODO_HOME/logs/vdp/vdp.log. To see if it contains more information about the error. I’ve found this answer to a user who has had a similar case.
