Cannot start VDP or Run As Administrator in Trial

I'm running a trial of Denodo but cannot get the VDP to start. According to the Denodo Platform Control Center, the VDP Server is "Stopped". Clicking "Start" puts in in a "Starting" mode, but it eventually goes back to "Stopped". I have seen this question posted before, and they answer seemed to be to "Run as Administrator" on the windows instance. I do not know the Window's Administrator Password, so I cannot do "Run as Administrator" since it prompts me for the WIndows password for "Administrator" (not the Denodo admin/admin username passw0rd). I've also went to the command line to attempt to run the manual VDP Startup command, but I get no output (no errors, just finishes quickly).

Hi, It is recommended to launch the Denodo Platform with Administrative privileges in order to provide Denodo process with Read/Write privileges to access the metadata. Additionally, I would check the below points before launching the Virtual DataPort Server, * The default port 9999 is not in use by any other application. * If firewall is blocking the port of the Virtual DataPort server. * The preferred Java Virtual Machine is selected in “Denodo Platform Control Center > Configure > Java Virtual Machine>Edit”. For more information, you could check for log information in the path: *<DENODO_HOME>/logs/launcher/denodo-launcher.log* You could also have a look at the similar Community Q&A [Virtual dataport doesn’t start](https://community.denodo.com/answers/question/details?questionId=90670000000CcC8AAK) for more details. Hope this helps!
