Hi, I understand you have followed the [Assisted Query User Manual](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/8.0/en/vdp/data_catalog/views/assisted_query) to enable OpenAI, and still the admin user is not able to use the functionality obtaining an error “The request was not successful. Contact with your administrator�. It looks like there could be a problem with either connectivity or configuration (one example is that you do not have enough quota on OpenAI to send queries, that would also give you such message in the Denodo Data Catalog UI). I would recommend that you check the log file <denodo_installation_path>/logs/vdp-data-catalog/vdp-data-catalog.log , you might be able to determine the source of the issue then.
