Data Service payload reroute

Hi, I can have scenarios where result set of a request can be huge. And Consumer does not prefer paginated REST access. Is it possible to take the request via REST and generate a file for payload and send the file to a file store for consumer to pickup?

Hi, I would recommend you to create a base view over the web service datasource using Virtual DataPort Administration Tool and then use Denodo Scheduler to export the results by following the below steps: * Create a New [VDP Data Source]( in Scheduler for the Virtual database. * Create a new VDP [job]( * In the [Extraction section](, select VDP Data Source and pass the Parameterized Query to fetch the data from Virtual Dataport Server. For eg: `Select * from <REST_BaseView>` * In the Exporter section, create a new exporter(CSV, JDBC or SQL). This file can be used to store manually in a remote location. For more details, you can refer to [Creating and Scheduling Jobs]( which explains in detail how to use Denodo Scheduler. If you are looking to expose the REST Web services from Denodo to the consumer and if the data load is high you could use the $filter option to restrict the data set. For more details, you can refer to the [Parameters of the Web Service RESTful and REST Web Services]( of the Virtual DataPort Administration Guide. Hope this helps!
