Hello, According to the error message, the Denodo Service is not able to initialize the embedded database. It’s a known Apache Derby database error, which occurs when two instances try to access the database simultaneously or when the previous shutdown of the service did not release the lock on the database properly. I would recommend a restart of all the Denodo servers to troubleshoot the issue. Make sure that you are closing all the admin tools, design studio, data catalog and then stopping all the servers for a proper shut down from Denodo Control Center. Hope this helps!
