Under what circumstances one cannot find an output file generated for a particular jon in the path precribed in the exporter section? please enlighten on the issue and also send some study document if present for the issue. also tell me the possible reasons why is it happening.

Hi, My first guess would be that the query produced no results, and you don’t have the “create file even if no tuples are exported” option ticked in the [exporter](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/6.0/scheduler/administration/creating_and_scheduling_jobs/configuring_new_jobs/general_structure_of_a_job#example-of-exporters-section) section. If that isn’t the case, then I would check the Scheduler Administration Tool for any jobs that might be hung in WAITING status in the case of a dependency having failed, or NOT_RUNNING with a Result of ERROR, at which point I would check the logs stored in <DENODO_HOME>/logs/scheduler for more insight as to what went wrong.
