Cannot install Solution Manager on Windows 10 with jre 1.8

I'm on Day 3 of trying to install Solution Manager on a Windows 10 Enterprise workstation with the correct versions of both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the JDK installed. (java version "1.8.0_171" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_171-b11) Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.171-b11, mixed mode) ) I read more carefully in regards to the original issue and am now surpassing that issue. Now I'm back to the same issue I was facing yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cannot run program "C:\Denodo\SolutionManager\bin\vdpservice.bat": CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find the file specified ] [ WARNING: Cannot run program “C:\Denodo\SolutionManager\bin\solutionmanagerservice.bat”: CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find the file specified ] [ WARNING: Cannot run program “C:\Denodo\SolutionManager\bin\licensemanagerservice.bat”: CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find the file specified ] No update was found in C:\Users\lorrin.ferdinand\Downloads\Denodo\Solution Manager\denodo-update\denodo-update.jar [ Unpacking finished ] [ Writing the uninstaller data … ] [ Automated installation done ] Do the warnings above suggest that perhaps the downloaded zip file for solution manager was corrupt, or incomplete? Here are the properties of the zip file that I have ... Name: denodo-install-solutionmanager-7.0-win64.zip Size: 700,160 KB Should I be able to find these files in the unpacked files copied to the install ..bin directory - if so they are not there. Any ideas??????? Can someone please help with this. I believe I have followed the instructions to a "T". Thanks

Hi, The Denodo Solution Manager Installer uses an embedded Java Runtime Environment. For your scenario, "The system cannot find the file specified" occurs if Solution Manager is not properly installed. I performed the below steps on Windows 10 to install the Denodo Solution Manager. 1) Downloaded the Solution Manager installer from the [Denodo Support Site](https://support.denodo.com/MainPage.do). 2) Completed the [Preinstallation Tasks](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/7.0/solution_manager/installation/preinstallation_tasks/preinstallation_tasks) of the solution Manager Installation guide. 3) Installed the Solution manager [Using the Graphical Installation Wizard](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/7.0/solution_manager/installation/using_the_graphical_installation_wizard/using_the_graphical_installation_wizard) of the solution Manager Installation guide. You could perform the above steps in a different machine and check if your problem is resolved. Hope this helps!
