Hi Team , I have installed Denodo Solution Manager and Dendo 7.0 Paltform on my System . But I obesrved that , 1. Launching Denodo Solution manager and Dendo 7.0 Control Cnecter takes more than 5 min 2. Starting any server on Denodo Solution Manager Takes more than 1 hour . Can you plase help me resolve this issue ? I have restrated my system again and again but still issue exist. Here are my System details : Processor : Intel(R) Core ( TM) i5 RAM : 4 GB System : 64 Bit

Hi, In the [General Architecture](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/7.0/solution_manager/administration/general_architecture/general_architecture) of the Solution Manager, it shows that Soluion Manager has its own Virtual DataPort Server for authentication purposes. So putting Solution Manager together with your primary Virtual DataPort Server on the same machine will create some issues with port numbers and resource data. I believe, based on your question, that this may be the issue. I would also recommend you look at the port numbers in Solution Manager and see if those ports are not being used elsewhere on the machine. Hope this helps!

Hi , I have cros verfied everything but Solution manager are having diffrent port and VDP server on Dendodo Platform are haviing diffrent Port . Now I am not able to start Solution manger Server or Lincence Manager Server itself .

Hi, Thank you for verifying the ports are not being used elsewhere. It sounds like there may be an issue with either the Java version being used or the architecture of the Denodo Platform that was installed. This answer [here](https://community.denodo.com/answers/question/details?questionId=9060g0000000A5YAAU&title=Cannot+install+Solution+Manager) lists some instructions regarding the Java CLASS PATH that I think will be helpful to resolve this problem.
