Hi, I would restart Virtual DataPort server followed by Virtual DataPort Information Self-Service Tool server and try to launch the Virtual DataPort Information Self-Service Tool. From the logs, it appears the internal Derby database might not be stopped properly before the last shutdown. Additionally, if you still need help and if you are a user with valid Support account, you may open a support case at the [Denodo Support Site](https://support.denodo.com/) and the support team will help you. Hope this helps!
