REST API - Data Pull from ServiceNow (GET) errors

I've setup a REST API connection to Service Now. It works fine and pulls the data when under 6000 records specified. However, as soon as I update the data source to pull roughly more than 8000, I get the following error: Finished with error: Error executing query. Total time 60.549 seconds. F_SERVICENOW [PROJECTION] [ERROR] F_SERVICENOW [FLATTEN] [ERROR] SERVICENOW [BASE] [ERROR] SERVICENOW [JSON WRAPPER] [ERROR] SERVICENOW#0 [JSON ROUTE] [PARSE_ERROR] Received exception with message 'Unexpected character (']' (code 93)): expected a value at [Source: java.io.BufferedReader@6981e519; line: 1, column: 17564700]' Each time, it appears to fail at 60-61 seconds. I'm not sure if it times out, or if it truly has an invalid charater issue. I don't think it's an invalid character issue, since it sometimes completes. Any time I go over 8000 records, it fails. Very frustrating. I have a flattened view sitting on top of the base view. Here is my URL, with the row limit set: https://xxxxxxxx.service-now.com/api/now/v1/table/incident?sysparm_limit=7500 Any thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, The error Received exception with message ‘Unexpected character (‘]’ (code 93)): expected a value at [Source: java.io.BufferedReader@6981e519; line: 1, column: 17564700]’ might be due to the formatting of the JSON file. You could check if the JSON file is in a valid format. For more information about this error, you could check the logs in <DENODO_HOME>/logs/vdp/vdp.log You can refer to the [JSON Sources](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/7.0/vdp/administration/creating_data_sources_and_base_views/json_sources/json_sources) and [Path Types in Virtual DataPort](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/7.0/vdp/administration/creating_data_sources_and_base_views/path_types_in_virtual_dataport/path_types_in_virtual_dataport) sections of Virtual DataPort Administration tool for further information. Hope this helps!
