Denodo Data Catalog Unable to Query

Whenever I try to query a view from the Denodo Data Catalog, it gets stuck saying "loading query tab" which never goes away, keeping the data catalog from being usable. Is there any way to fix this, and how would I go about it? Thanks, and I really hope to hear back soon.

Hi, As mentioned in the section [Supported Browsers]( of Denodo Platform Installation Guide, the Data Catalog is tested with*** Chrome 62.x, Microsoft Edge 41.x, and Mozilla Firefox 57.x.*** browsers only. So, the behavior that you are experiencing could be related to the browser which is not in the list of above tested browsers. Hence, in order to successfully query a view in Data Catalog, I would use any one of the **supported browsers** to access the Data Catalog. Hope this helps!

Hi Team, The browser which I use is Microsoft Edge 41.16299.1480.0. There is one view stuck on “loading query tab”. and I tried another view, it can work. So is there any point I can check?

Hi, For this scenario of "*There is one view stuck on “loading query tab”. and I tried another view, it can work*", I would check how the same view is running in the Virtual DataPort Administration Tool and I would also try to query that particular view which is not loading in Data Catalog by using other [supported browsers]( Additionally, if you still need help and if you are a valid Support User, you may open a Support Case at the [Denodo Support Site]( and the Support Team will help you.
