For this scenario, I would check the vdp.log file located in **<Denodo-Home>/logs/vdp** folder for more information about this error by setting the useful log category. For example, I would use **com.denodo.vdb.cache** log category to analyze the information about the cache.
Also, I would check the “View Reports” icon of the job to know more information about the error.
