Accessing from BI tools (Japanese Edition)

Hello, I installed Denodo Express 7.0 on Windows 8.1 Enterprise Japanese edition. (CPU:Intel Core i7-6600U CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.70GHz, RAM:20GB, 64bit) And I registered "DenodoODBC" (Unicode x64) with system DSN. My data source is MySQL5.5, and there are more than 100 million records. When I defined some views in Denodo and tried to access them using BI tools, an error occurred. Tableau Desktop (20191.19.0321.1733) 64-bit Japanese Edition : I specified "Denodo" as a data source. Although connection definition is possible, specifying a database does not display a list of tables. PowerBI Desktop 2.67.5404.981 64-bit (2019/3) Japanese Edition : I specified "Denodo" as a data source. The table list was displayed and modeling was done. However, there was an error in creating the report due to too much data(?). Error Message: ODBC Error: [DataSource.Error] ODBC: ERROR [ ] ERROR: Error executing query. Total time 298.322 seconds. QUERY [VIRTUAL] [ERROR] QUERY [JDBC WRAPPER] [ERROR] QUERY [JDBC ROUTE] [ERROR] Received exception with message 'Incorrect key file for table 'C: java.sql.SQLException: Error executing query. Total time 298.322 seconds. QUERY [VIRTUAL] [ERROR] QUERY [JDBC WRAPPER] [ERROR] QUERY [JDBC ROUTE] [ERROR] Received exception with message 'Incorrect key file for table 'C:; Error while executing the query. Qlik Sense Desktop February 2019 qliksensedesktop:13.9.1 Japanese Edition : I specified "ODBC" as a data source. The query succeeded and I was able to create some reports. Microstrategy Desktop version 10.8.0 (10.8.0042.0045) Japanese Edition : I specified "Denodo" as a data source. (But the version is displayed as "Denodo 5.x".) The table list was displayed and modeling was done. However, "Query Engine detected an error" was displayed during report creation. (Insufficient system resources?) In the case of 1 million data, the report could be created without error. Thanks, Takero

Hi, The latest version of Tableau Desktop (20191.19.0321.1733) 64-bit is currently not able to introspect the tables of the Virtual DataPort Server. The update for the Denodo Express installation which solves this issue should be released within the next weeks. However, I was able to connect to the Virtual DataPort Server by using Tableau version 2019.1.0 (20191.19.0213.2333) 64-bit. This could be a workaround for you until the Denodo Express installation gets updated. Regarding the other error message "Incorrect key file for table ‘C", that could be a hint either for corrupted keys/tables or Disk / memory issues. I would try to repair the table and also test it with fewer data. Hope this helps!
