Ragged Hierarchies with SSAS

I have several ragged hierarchies in my SSAS cube and I'm not having luck making them usable in Denodo. When I check the "Include leaf levels of hierarchies only" option, any records that don't have all levels populated are not returned. When the option is checked, I get the summary records included in the found set, which is mostly impossible to code around. How can I just get the leaf records no matter what level they are?

Hi, For Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (**SSAS**), at the moment I would check the option 'Include leaf levels of hierarchies only' based on which the base view will only have one field for the leaf of each hierarchy. However, in case if I use SAP related Multidimensional data sources, then I would use Advanced Configuration like “Member leaves” (or other option based on requirement) as explained in the [Creating a Multidimensional Base Views Over a Multidimensional Data Source](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/7.0/vdp/administration/appendix/mapping_multidimensional_data_to_a_relational_model/creating_a_multidimensional_base_views_over_a_multidimensional_data_source) section under the Virtual DataPort Administration Guide. Additionally, if you are a valid **support** user and need further assistance while creating view for Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (**SSAS**) data source, you can open a [Support case](https://support.denodo.com/) and our Support Team will help you further. Hope this helps!
