Version Control System integration is used to perform version control tasks like check-in and check out of databases and individual elements from the Administration Tool. This support is integrated with the features for managing the metadata of the Denodo installations.
I can configure the GitHub repository for version control by following the steps given below:
* In the Virtual DataPort Administration tool, navigate to *Administration>>VCS Management>>Configuration.*
* Check the Use version control option.
* In the version control system dropdown menu, select Git.
* Provide the URL path to connect to the repository and also provide authentication credentials
Now, save the changes.
