Hi, Have updated new database, while doing test connectivity its showing JDBC connection tested successfully, but the same time while trying to create base view we are facing Unable to connect to the database: Connection reset. could you please let us know the issue.

Hi, I understand from your description that you are receiving **'Connection reset'** error which usually occurs when the connection is getting dropped or closed by the data source. If you haven’t defined the ping query in the “Connection Pool Configuration” under the Connection tab of the data source, the queries could fail when the connections are broken and so, to configure the “Ping Query” you can define a test query like: `SELECT COUNT(*) FROM SYS.DUAL` which will be executed in the datasource to verify that the connection returned by the pool is still valid. While creating the datasource, you can also configure the “Connection Pool Configuration” by giving the “Initial Size” and “Maximum number of active connections”. Hope this helps!
