About VCS Cache mode setup for views

Hi team Currently all of DV views are VCS by gitlab. I have a base view created, which is build on Oracle database. Now the views is under VSC by gitlab also, before we did not turn on the cache mode for this view, but when we put the cache mode to "Partial" or "Full" , I see the VCS status is not changed, before it is green and after change the cache mode it is still green, can I understand how to VCS the Cache mode set up for views. we need this function for our migration, Thanks.

Hi, I was able to reproduce the behavior when I changed the cache mode of the view which has VCS enabled and still it shows *green* without local changes. But, the view has cache mode changes so it must show orange with local changes as there is change in its VQL. Thus, this situation is being analyzed internally to be fixed in the future. Hope this helps!
