Once the cache is enabled over the view, I was able to preload the cache data graphically in the Virtual DataPort Administration Tool using the “Store results in cache” option when executing the view. For this, I would follow the below steps:
* In the Virtual DataPort Administration Tool, open the Execution Panel of the view.
* In the Execute tab, there is a checkbox where you can click “Store results in cache”.
* Run the query to store results in cache.
Alternatively, I was also able to use [CONTEXT Clause](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/7.0/vdp/vql/queries_select_statement/context_clause/context_clause#context-clause) in a VQL query and use the cache_preload option to load the cache.
For more details you can refer to [Cache Modes](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/7.0/vdp/administration/cache_module/cache_modes/cache_modes#cache-modes), [Querying Views](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/7.0/vdp/administration/creating_derived_views/querying_views/querying_views#querying-views) and [Configuring the Cache of a View](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/7.0/vdp/administration/creating_derived_views/advanced_configuration_of_views/configuring_the_cache_of_a_view#configuring-the-cache-of-a-view) sections of the Virtual DataPort Administration Guide.
Hope this helps!
