Hi, I would follow [How to Pivot and Unpivot views](https://community.denodo.com/kb/view/document/How%20to%20Pivot%20and%20Unpivot%20views?category=Combining+Data) Knowledge Base Article to implement the pivot transformation over a view in Denodo. **For example:** ``` select <column_name>, min(case WHEN ("test"= 'sample1') THEN "planned Date" ELSE NULL END)as <sample_name1>, min(case WHEN ("test"= 'sample2') THEN "planned Date" ELSE NULL END)as <sample_name2>, . . . . from <view_name> group by <column_name> ``` Alternatively, my datasource supports the PIVOT function, so I created a base view using "[Create from query](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/7.0/vdp/administration/creating_data_sources_and_base_views/jdbc_sources/jdbc_sources#creating-base-views-from-sql-queries)" option where I provide the query with the required PIVOT function. Now, when I execute the created base view, the entire query with the pivot function will be delegated to underlying datasource. If you still need help and if you are a valid Support User, you may open a Support Case at the Denodo Support Site and the Support Team will help you. Hope this helps!
