Losing connectivity for Denodo user

When I provision the Denodo AMI as an EC2 instance, I follow the directions to get it going and everything is fine. However, if I stop that instance (e.g. working on something else for a while) and then restart it, all of a sudden the Denodo user can't RDP into the EC2 instance. I get an authorization error. The Administrator ID can still access it, but even if I change the Denodo user's password, I remain unable to log in.

Hi, I would check if the Denodo user is correctly configured in the EC2 instance. Login with the EC2 Administrator user and check if the Denodo user is configured correctly with the required permissions. You could refer to[ Denodo 7 on AWS quick start guide]( for more details.
