Can't connect to SharePoint via OData

We are using Denodo 7, and SharePoint 2013 on-prem. I've followed the [directions](https://community.denodo.com/kb/en/view/document/Microsoft%20SharePoint%20as%20data%20source?category=Data+Sources) to set up the OData v2 wrapper, and I have the fields entered for my server and endpoint. I can see the endpoint in my brower, and I copied the list I want (it's called "DataFeedInventory"). When I save the data source and click Create Base View, I enter DataFeedInventory in Entity Collection and I get: > There was an error while creating this base view: Error while executing custom wrapper method 'getSchemaParameters': Expected status OK, found Unauthorized. Server response: I can access the list vie the standard SharePoint api, and with: https://myserver.com/_api/web/lists/GetByTitle('Data%20Feed%20Inventory') and can see the data with https://myserver.com/_api/web/lists('xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx')/items?$select=Vendor I'm wondering 2 things. 1) In the docs, it says "Select the data feed you want to connect with." What exactly does this mean? The ListData.svc returns a bunch of stuff like <collection href="DataFeedInventory"> <atom:title>DataFeedInventory</atom:title> </collection> Is "DataFeedInventory" the string I use in the Entity Collection? and 2) Does the OData wrapper use TLS? We require TLS 1.2, and that is what we have ont he SharePoint server. Is there something I need to do to enable TLS on the "cleint" side with the OData Wrapper? Thanks, Allan

Hi, I would double-check the user’s permissions accessing the Sharepoint service and use an external client with the exact values as specified in Denodo to check the root cause of the authentication error. To get to know my entity collections of the service. I would open a browser and navigate to the following URL:https://<servername>/_vti_bin/ListData.svc, and in the list I would use the “href” values for entity collection. You can refer to the document [Denodo OData2 Custom Wrapper - User Manual](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/document/denodoconnects/7.0/Denodo%20OData2%20Custom%20Wrapper%20-%20User%20Manual), for more information on this. Additionally, if you still need help and are a valid Support User, you may open a Support Case at the Denodo Support Site, and the Support Team will help you. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the reply, but as I said in the original post, I tried all the things you recommended. You did answer the question about TLS? We do have support, so I guess I'll have to open a ticket.

Hi, Denodo Platform uses SSL/TLS to secure the connection between the Clients and Denodo Servers. TLS 1.2 is used to encrypt the traffic between Denodo servers and other components. If SharePoint uses TSL 1.2, I would import SharePoint’s TLS certificate to the Denodo platform. To enable TLS on the Denodo Platform, you can follow [Obtaining and Installing an SSL/TLS Certificate ](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/7.0/platform/installation/postinstallation_tasks/enable_ssl_connections_in_the_denodo_platform_servers/obtaining_and_installing_an_ssl_certificate) of the Denodo Platform Installation Guide for more information on this. Hope this helps!

thanks. I was able to get it to work. Not sure what wasn't working, but it's working now.
