The link actually downloads a zipped file (denodo-incremental-cache-load-7.0-20190220) and this is working from my end. Please log out, then log back in and try again. In addition, ensure that you have a stable internet connection. You can try deleting cookies and temporary Internet files, and clear the browser's cache. If this doesn't work, reinstall the browser if possible. Also run a virus scan, as networking faults can be a symptom of virus infection.
