You can download license files from the [**Denodo Support Site**](https://support.denodo.com/) by clicking on "**Downloads > License > Action > Get license by email**". For that you need to have a primary support user in the Denodo Support Site, as only primary support users have access to the license.
Once the license has been downloaded you can follow the instructions in [**Install the License**](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/8.0/en/solution_manager/installation/postinstallation_tasks/license_installation/license_installation#install-the-license) section of Solution Manager Installation Guide.
If you still need help and if you are a valid support user, then you may raise a Support Case at the **Denodo Support Site** so that the Support Team will assist you.
