Getting refused connection ,not able to connect to scheduler server.

Installed 8.0 express in my local machine. Able to connect to vdp via admin, datacatalog and diagnostic tool. Trying to connect to schedular server via schedular admin. Hi, The above error occurs when your Schedule API is not able to connect to the host as the connection times out. I would recommend double checking that you specify correct hostname and port number.
