Generally, to create a base view from calling the stored procedure in the DB2, there are two ways to achieve this.
Create the base view graphically using the Virtual DataPort Administration Tool. Please refer to this community article on [JDBC Sources — Virtual DataPort Administration Guide](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/8.0/en/vdp/administration/creating_data_sources_and_base_views/jdbc_sources/jdbc_sources#importing-stored-procedures-from-ibm-db2) for details.
Also, I could create Base view from create from query option. You can follow the steps on [Creating Base Views from SQL Queries](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/latest/en/vdp/administration/creating_data_sources_and_base_views/jdbc_sources/jdbc_sources#creating-base-views-from-sql-queries) document to create the base view from this option.
