Issue in enabling SSL for web admin tool

Hello, I am trying to enble SSL for my solution manager and went through every steps mentioned on : https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/8.0/en/solution_manager/installation/postinstallation_tasks/enable_ssl_connections_in_the_solution_manager_servers/enabling_ssl_in_solution_manager_servers but solution-manager-web-tool is not getting started, rest turned green liecense manager, solution Manager server. The catalina.out says 19097 (auxiallry Port) already in used but that is not. Also I am using some internal CA certificate so gave a try by adding root to cacacert but that also didn't help. Port is not ocuppied I have been assured on it, what could be the possible reason and how to investigate it?

Hi, The error “Port already in use” occurs when all the Denodo Servers were not shut down properly before configuring SSL for Solution Manager. In order to identify the root cause and resolve the issue, I would follow the below steps, * Stop all Denodo Servers using the Denodo Solution Manager Control Center and Denodo Platform Control Center. (There are possibilities to have more than one Denodo Platform installed on a machine, hence check for all the servers to get stopped.) * Check if there are any Denodo Services running as a windows service, which starts automatically whenever the machine starts. If so, stop the running services. * Check if the Web container Port is occupied by any of the applications. If yes, stop them. * Finally, restart all Denodo servers and the operating system to avoid the port conflicts and usage. Then try to turn on the Solution Manager server, License Manager server and at last the Solution Manager Administration Tool. If the issue persists, I would check the ***solution-manager-web-tool.log*** file to get more information on the error. Also, if you have an active support account, you could open a [support ticket](https://support.denodo.com/) for further assistance. Hello Thanks for your reply. I followed through the steps, even got the machine restarted. Also there is no new update on solution-manager-web-tool.log for today. Thanks again.

Hello Looks like there conflict in starting the component of the solution manager as described in the link : https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/8.0/en/solution_manager/administration/starting_solution_manager/starting_solution_manager In STEP 4 : Solution manager startup internally starts the Virtual DataPort server of this installation, which the Solution Manager uses to complete some tasks. And In STEP 5: when we start the Solution Manager Administration Tool, the conflict get detected in catalina.out that say address/Port is already in use.
