Query to Json and send result

Good Morning, Could someone be able to help me carry out the task we are trying to achieve. Since we did not finish finding the key. The tasks would be the following: 1- Connect to BBDD (We can connect without problems) 2- SQL query to the DB (It returns the result of the query without problems) 3- Transform the result of the query to JSON format ** (We do not know how to perform this action) ** 4- Send the JSON (step 3) to a server. **(We do not know how to perform this action)** 5- Repeat the process every 5 min approx. (We know how to create tasks with the Job Scheduler) As you can see, I'm not sure if Denodo can do task 3 and 4. Any help will be great

Hi, I would suggest you to use any of the following options available in the Denodo Platform to represent tabular data in **JSON** format. * You can use the [RESTful Web service]( of Denodo Platform that publishes the contents of the entire Virtual DataPort server. By default, the RESTful Web service returns the data represented in HTML, but you can choose another [representation]( (JSON) by either sending the appropriate Accept header in the HTTP request or by including the **$format** parameter in the URL. * You can publish views and associations in Denodo Platform as a [REST web service]( and choose JSON representation in [Settings Tab]( of the REST Web service in the Virtual DataPort Administration Tool. Hope this helps !

Hi, Thank you very much for your comments. Yeah I know I can use the Restful Web service to return the data in JSON format but we are not interested in that action. What we are trying to archive is to send in JSON format the result of the query to a server that is waiting for the data. Thanks in advance.

Hi, For this scenario, I would publish views as [REST]( web services in the Denodo Platform and use the $format parameter to display the data in JSON format. By this, I would be able to use the REST API in different applications which expect JSON data as input. Hope this helps!
