The appendix [Supported JDBC Data Sources](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/latest/en/vdp/administration/appendix/supported_jdbc_data_sources/supported_jdbc_data_sources) of the Administration Guide lists the databases that are supported. If your database is not included in the list and you would still want to try the connection, you can choose the “Generic” adapter from the adapter drop down list while creating the data source to connect it from Denodo
You can download [Denodo Platform 8.0 Datasheet](https://www.denodo.com/en/document/datasheet/denodo-platform-80-datasheet) and refer to Denodo Platform 8.0 Capabilities section to check the supported databases in detail.
To connect to different databases like [DB2](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/latest/en/vdp/administration/bulk_data_load/db2), [VSAM](https://community.denodo.com/answers/question/details?questionId=9060g0000000AQRAA2&title=support+VSAM+files+on+an+ZOS+in+IAM+format), [Adabas](https://community.denodo.com/answers/question/details?questionId=9060g00000009kpAAA&title=ADABAS+Experience), [IMS](https://community.denodo.com/answers/question/details?questionId=90670000000XdC2AAK&title=Denodo+connectivity+to+IMS+DB) you can find more information in these links
Hope this helps!
