Hi, If you run either one of the versions while another one is turned off, you can simply run it as long as the hardware and software requirements are met (applies to Solution Manager as well). [Hardware Requirements (Denodo 7.0)](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/7.0/platform/installation/preinstallation_tasks/hardware_requirements/hardware_requirements) [Hardware Requirements (Denodo 8.0)](https://community.denodo.com/docs/html/browse/8.0/en/platform/installation/preinstallation_tasks/hardware_requirements/hardware_requirements) If you want to run them simultaneously, you need to make sure that your host machine has adequate resources reserved for each version. To manage resource of each version of Denodo, you can: - Use Resource Manager to limit the memory and cpu usage on each version [Resource Manager](https://community.denodo.com/tutorials/browse/resourcemanager/1usage) - Configure JVM of each version then limit the max capacity of memory for each [JVM Memory Settings Configuration](https://community.denodo.com/kb/en/view/document/JVM%20Memory%20Settings%20Configuration) [Denodo Admin and Development Best Practices(see the section:JVM Configuration )](https://community.denodo.com/kb/en/view/document/Denodo%20Admin%20and%20Development%20Best%20Practices) Hope this helps!
