Getting Error "Unable to establish connection:"

I have been trying to connect to a DB2 10 database using the JDBC connection. I have verified the path, test expression and username/password information. We were successful in using the same information to connect via Java program. What else could be causing this issue?

Hi! I’ve checked the “SUPPORTED JDBC DATA SOURCES” appendix of the Denodo VDP Administration Guide and it seems the IBM DB2 driver is not included in the Denodo Platform by default. You can try downloading the DB2 driver jar from the IBM website and performing these steps: 1. Create a new folder *<DENODOHOME>/lib-external/jdbc/<source>-<version>* 2. Copy its .jar file to that folder. 3. Set the route to the .jar in the "Driver class path" field of the JDBC data. 4. Restart the VDP Server Hope this helps!
