According to your community question related to this topic, I guess your steps missed the regenerate of the startup scripts (as described in step #4 on the server side in the KB article [Installation Steps on a cloud environment](https://community.denodo.com/kb/view/document/Installation%20steps%20on%20a%20cloud%20environment?category=Installation+%26+Updates)). Please restart the Denodo server after the regenerate of the files.
