In order to overcome this issue, I would check the following,
* whether the view has been deployed properly as a web service.
* If the [**Connection timeout**](https://community.denodo.com/kb/en/view/document/Read%20timed%20out%20creating%20data%20source%20with%20HTTP%20data%20route) has been configured for the data source.
Also, the reason for receiving an error 500 is "the server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request". so, I would also check if the web server is working properly.
In addition, as a test, I would validate the same query execution from any other API client Tools.
