In case the Solution Manager goes down automatically I would perform the following test:
* Check for any port conflicts on the port where Solution Manager servers are running
* I would also check if any of the Java processes of Solution Manager servers were stopped by any users.
* Furthermore, I would check the logs available in the **<SOLUTION_MANAGER_HOME>/logs/solution-manager/solution-manager.log** and **<SOLUTION_MANAGER_HOME>/logs/vdp/vdp.log** folder to see if any information is logged on the same.
