Solution manager went down

Hi I have configured solution manager and it ran fine for couple of days.But now i'm facing intermittant issue like solution manager coming down automatically. Can you please let me know how to find route cause and how to resolve it. Thanks

Hi, In case the Solution Manager goes down automatically I would perform the following test: * Check for any port conflicts on the port where Solution Manager servers are running * I would also check if any of the Java processes of Solution Manager servers were stopped by any users. * Furthermore, I would check the logs available in the **<SOLUTION_MANAGER_HOME>/logs/solution-manager/solution-manager.log** and **<SOLUTION_MANAGER_HOME>/logs/vdp/vdp.log** folder to see if any information is logged on the same.
