Denodo JDBC Driver Issue

We are trying to connect Denodo with Tableau and Databricks with JDBC driver "denodo-vdp-jdbcdriver-8.0-update-20220815" and also the previous version of driver. Our current version of Denodo Installation is also the same "Denodo 8.0-20220815". But while trying to connect from Tableau and Databricks, we are getting this below error - '''Connection error: Check the host name and port number are correct, and that client and server belong to the same Denodo major version. Unable to connect to the Denodo JDBC by Denodo Technologies server "denodo-platform-dev.azure.zf-world.com". Check that the server is running and that you have access privileges to the requested database. Connector Class: denodo_jdbc, Version: 1.0.5'''

Hi, If I face the connection error, I would perform the following checks: 1. Check if the hostname and port number are provided correctly in the Denodo JDBC Connection. 2. Try using the ‘telnet’ command to ensure that Virtual DataPort server is running or not. telnet < IP_ADDRESS_OF_SERVER > < PORT_NUMBER > 4. If server is not reachable, check the port of the Virtual DataPort server is not blocked by the firewall. 5. Make sure that the user has all the privileges on the specific database. 6. Try to connect to the Denodo Virtual DataPort Server from Virtual DataPort Administration Tool or any other client tool like DBeaver and check if the same issue occurs. You could look at to the [Connecting to Denodo from Tableau](https://community.denodo.com/kb/en/view/document/How%20to%20connect%20to%20Denodo%20from%20Tableau%20Desktop) Knowledge Base article for more information. Hope this helps!
