The Denodo Platform 9 Certified Administrator Professional (DEN9EDUCSP) exam provides organizations that use Denodo Platform 9 with a way to identify suitably qualified staff to install, manage, and maintain their Denodo Platform deployments.

This exam is based on Denodo Platform 9. It consists of 60 multiple-choice questions, to be completed within 120 minutes. The passing score is 75%.

Language
The exam is delivered in English.
If you live in a country that does not speak English as a native language, you will automatically be granted an additional 30 minutes to take your exam.
Location
The exams can be taken anytime, anywhere. They simply require a computer, an Internet connection, and a webcam. The delivery of exams in test centers is not offered.
The Denodo Certified Professional program offers exam-taking with an approved webcam, through Mettl’s online proctored services. Before accessing the exam, please check your system compatibility.
Cost
Certification exams are complimentary to Denodo customers and partners and anyone with a corporate or educational email address. Personal email addresses are not supported.

Exam results
The exam results include a score summary report that contains the pass/fail status, topic area performance, and the final score. Answers are NOT provided to maintain exam integrity
Exam results are received no later than two weeks after the exam taker completes and submits their exam. It will also include a recommendation of the knowledge areas that need to be strengthened.
If the exam taker doesn’t share their webcam, or leaves the webcam view for any reason during the exam, they will not pass the exam.
Eligibility
Exam eligibility is valid for one year from the purchase date, and there are no extensions for any reason. If the exam is not scheduled before the eligibility expires, the fees will be forfeited.
Retake policy
- The exam taker is eligible for one attempt per exam registration.
- If they do not pass on the first attempt, the exam taker must wait three days after the last failed attempt to take the exam again.
- If they do not pass on the second attempt, the exam taker must wait two weeks after the last failed attempt to take the exam again.
- An individual may take the exam up to four times in one year from the date of their first attempt.
- The exam taker must pay the full exam fee each time they take the exam.
- Retakes are not allowed after the successful completion of a test.
Refund Policy
Exams are non-refundable and non-transferable.
