Solution Manager Compatibility with the Denodo Platform Servers

This section explains the backward and forward compatibility between the Solution Manager and the Denodo Platform servers (Virtual DataPort, Scheduler…).

  • The Solution Manager 8.0 is incompatible with Denodo Platform servers of earlier major versions (7.0, 6.0…).

  • The Solution Manager 8.0 and the Denodo Platform 8.0 servers are both backward and forward compatible with each other. That is, the Solution Manager 8.0 and each installation of the Denodo Platform 8.0 can have a different update installed.
