Preface¶

This document provides an exhaustive list of the new features introduced in the Denodo Platform version 9 and its updates.

This document complements the Upgrade Guide, which provides information about backward compatibility between Denodo 9 and earlier versions.

Some of the features listed in this document have been backported to previous versions of Denodo.

If you are upgrading from Denodo 7.0 update 20200310 or earlier, read the pages What Is New in Denodo 7.0 Update 20190903 and What Is New in Denodo 7.0 Update 20200206. All the features added to these updates have also been added to Denodo 9.

If you are upgrading from version 6.0, also read the New Features Guide of the Denodo Platform 8.0 to know the new features that were introduced with that version.
