On some architectures and operating systems, queries to an ODBC base view (e.g. to query a Microsoft Access file) may fail with this error:
Received exception with message 'Error obtaining some values for column(s): ... |
If you run into this error, add the parameter below to the settings of the Java Virtual Machine of the Virtual DataPort server.
-XX:CompileCommand=exclude,sun/jdbc/odbc/*.* |
Then, restart the Virtual DataPort server.
After doing this, this error will no longer happen.
